About The Author
First, I should tell you about Frank, my alter ego. He is a much more interesting man to write about. A one time non practicing lawyer whose main interest was in running and controlling the largest privately owned industrial giant in the United States. He was made CEO of Silver enterprise when Vida Silver was orphaned by a drug gang when she was sixteen.
At the time he surfaced I had just finished writing the second book of The Inheritor series, and he interrupted the writing of the third and last book in the series by insisting on writing the Directive.
Me, not much to write about. I was born a Texan to a man from Virginia who left that state one step ahead of the Hatfield’s. Thusly saving my life. He was a master blacksmith who during the great depression of the twenties made an excellent living shoeing race horses. It was during the time he was helping construct the first atomic bomb plant in Tennessee that I started the first grade and played hooky every single day, thereby failing the first grade. When I took my 101 classes in college, I went to Wheatherford Jr for that, and passed my English class with straight A’s. My teacher loved poetry; However, I did go to Gonzaga University to try Electrical Engineering. I went to Chicago for law. And as you might suspect I served twenty years in the military and after all that I know a little about everything, but am master of none.
I should tell you that in the Directive, Arthur recreated the ARK of God and while the world does not end it was a drastic step to take and he took it because something had to change or the world of humans would be destroyed.
